Last updated: June 17, 2026

Plain-language summary.
Voleeo is free for personal use, and free for commercial use while it's in early access. It's provided as is, you're responsible for how you use it, and these terms can change as the app grows.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") cover your use of the Voleeo desktop application (the "App") and the Voleeo website. By downloading, installing, or using the App or the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. License to use Voleeo

Voleeo is free for personal use. Personal use means using the App for your own private purposes, not to generate revenue and not as part of the work of a business, employer, or other organization. Commercial use (any use by or for a business or organization, or to generate revenue) is also free while the App is in early access; once early access ends, commercial use will require a paid license. Your exact rights to use, copy, and modify the App are set by the license that accompanies it, which is available in the project repository. If anything in these Terms conflicts with that license, the license controls.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Voleeo to:

You are responsible for the requests you send and the systems you interact with using Voleeo.

3. Your data and content

Your workspaces, requests, and other content stay yours. Voleeo is local-first and stores this on your own device, so we do not claim any ownership of it. How the limited technical data the App does send is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-party services

Voleeo lets you connect to services you choose, such as the APIs you test, Git remotes, and MCP endpoints. Those services are run by others and are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, content, or behavior, and your use of them is at your own risk.

5. Intellectual property

The Voleeo name, logo, and brand belong to us. Apart from the rights granted by the App's license, these Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

6. Updates and availability

We may release updates and may add, change, or remove features over time. We may also stop offering the App or parts of it. We are not obligated to provide support, fixes, or future versions.

7. No warranty

Voleeo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Voleeo, even if we were told such damages were possible.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. When we make a material change, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Voleeo after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be handled by the courts located there.
